A new Club Penguin clothing catalog has been released in the gift shop. There are 6 new secret items and new penguins at work item. The new items in the clothing catalog are themed to the Medieval Party arriving on May 17th. This is the cover of the May 2012 penguin style catalog:

How to find the penguin style catalog:

• Login to Club Penguin and enter the gift shop.
• Click on the catalog icon on the lower right.

How to find the King’s crown, royal scepter, and royal robe:

•  Go to the third page in the catalog.

How to find the King’s blue crown, royal blue scepter, and royal blue robe:

• Go to the sixth page in the catalog.
• Click on the shadow of the orange penguin’s right foot.

How to find the red viking helmet:

Club Penguin released a new pin on May 3, 2012 and can be found for the next two weeks on Club Penguin. The pin is themed to the upcoming Medieval Party coming to Club Penguin on May 17th. This is how to find the new pin as fast as possible:

• Login to Club Penguin and go to the cove using the map.
• Now Click on the black helm to the left of the campfire.

• To add the black helm pin to your penguin’s inventory click “yes”.

Congratulations on getting the latest pin on the island. This pin is great for the upcoming medieval party.

The Club Penguin stage play, Ruby and the Ruby, has returned to Stage. There is one hidden item and a new pin  hidden in the stage play. Below you can see how the stage looks with Ruby and the Ruby in it:

How to get the dark detectives coat:

• Click on the stage play catalog on the lower right.
• Go to the first page in the catalog.
• Click on the three lines above the Ruby and the Ruby icon:

Here’s how to get the round ruby pin on Club Penguin:

• Login to Club Penguin and go to the stage.
• Click on the items in the stage in the following order:

1. Lamp
2. Drawer
3. Garbage can
4. Book
5. Flower pot
6. Picture
7. Safe(It’s behind the picture after you click on it)

You will now see a round ruby, click on it. Click “yes” to add the round ruby pin to your penguin’s inventory.

The Earth Day party 2012 is now on the Club Penguin island and I have to say that I’m actually disappointed at what Club Penguin done. They decorated only one room in which they used the same music as the last year, 4 costumes for members and a non-original safari hat for non-members. Well, for such a little party, I don’t see why Club Penguin advertised it. Anyway… this is how to get most of this party.

First of all, go to the Town. Here you will notice a barrel with safari hats in the lower left part of the room.

Go to the barrel and Club Penguin will ask you if you want the hat or not. Click “YES”.

The Safari Helmet was added to your inventory. You could have got this hat at the Plaza too, check it out if you want. Now go to the Snow Forts to continue our little journey. Here you can enjoy the environment if you like it or click on the paper icon in lower left or on the notes at the improvised office in that tree.

A catalog with 4 costumes for members will open. The members can buy the costumes, but the non-members can view the species that Club Penguin presented too.

Club Penguin released a new pin on April 19, 2012 and can be found for the next 14 days on the Club Penguin Island. The pin is related to the Earth Day party which is at the moment at the Snow Forts. This is how to find the pin as fast as possible:

Login on Club Penguin and go to the Plaza using the map.
Now enter the sewer, the entrance is somewhere in the middle of the room.
You are at the Cave/Pool now. Here waddle to the forest pin located in the middle of the room.

You will be asked if you want this item and you will select “YES” and it will be added to your inventory.

Well, the pin doesn’t look that bad, but it’s not original since Club Penguin used that picture of trees before.

A new Club Penguin Field-Op Assignment has been released today. Field-Ops Missions are challenges that change every week and they have different tasks, locations and puzzle games. The assignment #78 is the latest one, it was released on April 19. To complete the field-ops use this complete cheats guide with descriptive pictures:

First you need to login on Club Penguin and after you entered the game, if a new Field-Ops is available, the red light from your EPF phone located in lower left, above your map, should blink. Now click on the phone.

Your phone will get bigger on your screen and you will get a message saying:

New Field-Op Available
Report for duty at the Command Room to receive your orders.

You will have to click on “GO THERE” or on the EPF logo at the bottom. You can start the Field-Ops without doing this part. You would have to walk to the EPF Command Center. You should be successfully teleported to the EPF Command Room. Just go to the yellow screen in the upper right part of the room.

Click on it and you will receive a message from G – Technology Specialist that gives you a hint about the location of the Field-Op. Let’s see what he says:

One year ago, the Earth Day event was nearly attacked by an evil robot named Protobot. Thanks to Herbert, we stopped him. Herbert isn’t likely to attack, but we need to expect the unexpected. Provide security and scan for signals. Just in case.

You should now go to the Snow Forts, where the Earth Day party takes place.  Climb the stairs of the improvised office in the upper right part of the screen. Now stay where I am in this picture:

The EPF phone will start to blink green this time and you will have to click it to start the game.

This time you will play “Location Found”. These are the instructions for this game:

Break the code! Scan symbols to find the right combination!
Green = symbol is correct
Yellow = symbol is in the wrong spot
Red = symbol is wrong

When you finish the game you will receive a message from G – Tech Lead. This is what he says:

Well done, Agent. You’ve picked up and unusual signal… The message is blank, but it’s definitively encrypted. Why would someone send a blank message? This is very strange. Stay on alert – this may be an important clue.

Click “OK” and the mission is done. You just earned another medal that you can use to get EPF equipment.

Club Penguin has updated the “whats new” page on their membership section of the Club Penguin website. This month’s “what’s new” page is for the month of April 2012. It gives us sneak peeks for members for the month of April and a sneak peek of the party in May. Club Penguin tells us about a new type of igloo in the new Igloo Upgrades catalog, go check it out!

The upcoming events are:

• Show off your wild side with rare animal costumes.
• Create your animal habitat with the Wildlife den igloo.
• Complete you igloo with Earth day-inspired furniture.
• Coming in May: Prepare ye for an epic medieval story!

This year’s earth day party will be the biggest yet with new animal costumes and newly decorated rooms!

There is a new Club Penguin Egg Hunt this year, this time with a real free item, not just a background. The scavenger hunt consists in collecting 8 Easter eggs hidden on the Club Penguin Island. This is guide that will show you how to find them all and get the Easter item and the Easter pin. First of all, to check your progress click on the egg icon in upper right:

You will notice that Club Penguin gives you tips about finding the eggs. You can use them to find the eggs by yourself, if you like the challenges. I will show you the locations in order below:

HIDDEN EGG #1:

Go to the Forest and enter the Hidden Lake room.
You will notice an egg with a star on it in the far left part of the room.

HIDDEN EGG #2:

Go to the Town, enter the Coffee Shop and go upstairs to the Book Room.
Here you will have to click on the lamp in the lower left, the egg will show up. Click on it.

HIDDEN EGG #3:

Go to the Beach.
The egg is in the far right part of the room. Click on it and it will jump near the blue sign. Now click on it again.

HIDDEN EGG #4:

Go to the Mine.
Here you will see an egg behind the water accumulator. Click on it. It will become more visible. Click it again.

HIDDEN EGG #5:

Go to the Cove.
Click on the egg with a gift on it. It is located on the Surfing Hut.

HIDDEN EGG #6:

Go to the Town and enter the Gift Shop.
There is an egg with a fish on it. It is located on the shelf with wigs.

HIDDEN EGG #7:

Go to the Ski Village.
There is an egg with a snowflake on it. It is located on the ski elevator.

HIDDEN EGG #8:

Go to the Beach, enter the Lighthouse and go upstairs to the Beacon.
Click on the egg with a light bulb on it. It is located next to the big light bulb.

Now that you got all the eggs, click on the egg icon again. The window should have opened when you got the last egg. Click on “Claim Prize”.

Now you should have been asked if you want to get the Yellow Bunny Ears. Click “Yes”.

There is an Easter related pin too. Go to the Forest to get it. It is located somewhere in the middle of the room. It is easy to see, it’s a big basket with Easter eggs.

Now you should have been asked if you want the Easter Basket. Click “Yes”.

That’s right! You can get a free green headphones that your puffles can use. The thing is that you can get only one pair, even though you can have more puffles. Also, back at Music Jam 2009, this pair of headphones were given to penguins, even non-members. So if you want, you can have the same headphones as your puffle. This is how to get the headphones:

Open this link in your browser: http://play.clubpenguin.com/#/redeem/ or just open the Treasure Book the old fashioned way.
After that login with your penguin and select: “I have a code” and enter the following code: HPHONES1 and press Enter/click “Next”.
You will redeem the headphones for your puffles, you can enter Club Penguin and use them.

You can go to your igloo to check ‘em out. Open the playercard of one of your puffles. Click on the hanger icon and drag & drop the headphones on your puffle.
